Looking for something sweet, savory, or just something new to try over the holidays? Here are
some celebrity recipes to check out for both Thanksgiving and winter break.
Chai Sugar Cookies
With the re-recorded version of her album Red (Taylor’s Version) coming out recently, this
recipe has regained its popularity among fans. Taylor Swift originally started this recipe on Tumblr and later recommended fans try the recipe on Joy The Baker’s website. This recipe is for two-dozen Chai Tea Sugar Cookies. These cookies are made with cinnamon sugar, chai spices, and an optional eggnog glaze. Check it out here.
Candy Cane Sugar Cookies
High School Musical actress Ashley Tisdale also has a cookie recipe for the holidays. To make her candy cane sugar cookies, you’ll only need a few simple ingredients that you can likely find in your house. The recipe makes about 30-40 cookies, perfect for a large holiday event.
Chocolate Mousse
For a different, but still simple dessert, Chrissy Teigen has a three-ingredient recipe for chocolate mousse. The mousse has a hazelnut and rice crispy topping. Most of the ingredients in this recipe are also pretty easily found; check it out here.
Brownies
To make another chocolate dessert but more accommodating to dietary needs, Kris Jenner has a family brownie recipe. The recipe is found on Kourtney Kardashian’s website, and Kourtney says she replaces some ingredients to make it gluten and dairy-free. The recipe is found on her website here.
Mac & Cheese
Another Kardashian-Jenner recipe that’s more savory is Kourtney Kardashian’s Mac & Cheese. This meal is made with almond milk, turkey bacon, and it’s gluten-free. Kourtney Kardashian also includes dairy-free options that can be found in the recipe here.
Parker House Rolls
For the perfect side dish, Martha Stewart has made a recipe for fluffy, buttery parker house rolls. “Parker house” simply means rolls that are flattened and turn oval when they bake. The recipe for these rolls makes 24, but the recipe can easily be split or doubled. Taken directly from her website, here is the recipe.
